The World’s Most Exclusive Motorcycle: NCR M16 MotoGP Sportbike

Italy-based motorcycle tuner NCR has announced that it will be offering an ultra-exclusive sportbike named the Millona 16 or M16 for short, a bike that takes one of the most expensive roadbikes ever built, throws almost all of it in the bin and replaces it with the most exotic materials on the planet.

Created by Marek Denko, a great fan of Mad Max Trilogy and particularly likes those fallout vehicles in the movie, this heavy buggy is built in four months.

Dubbed the Peugeot Shine concept, the glamorous vehicle is a four seat coupe with its doors opening in opposing elytra, thus revealing the appealing interiors. Lotus unveils Esprit concept, the ultimate Lotus

Lotus grabbed the opportunity at Paris Motor show and comes out as a champion. Well, yes. Five cars all of a sudden, empowering the lurking beast roar yet again. The second one unveiled at the Paris Show was Esprit sports car which is described as the ultimate Lotus. The vehicle has the same 5.0 liter V8 engine as in Elite hybrid concept good enough for 620hp and 720 NM of torque. Engine is mated to 7 Speed DCT transmission that sends power to the rear wheels.

Squalus concept car fits in four electric and a hybrid engine

Electric and compact cars are definitely what we need to protect our environment as well as fit well in the cramped city space in future. Though we have many of them available in concrete or concept form, yet there remains a scope of improvement. However, a concept from Arturo Arino is peculiar in its own way. Hailed as the Squalus, the concept features four electric engines located in each wheel. What’s more enticing is the fact that electric engines charge themselves by the energy that provides the spinning of the wheels. The concept has been designed while keeping every aspect in mind and it features a hydrogen engine to keep you going when the electric juice ends.

Big Mono Naked SD bike is a real mad hound

Paolo De Giusti, an Italian designer, has already impressed us with his Egochine B Concept and SE Naked Big Battery bike concept, but here is another bike that will mesmerize you like never before. Dubbed the Big Mono Naked SD, this bike is inspired by the old Guzzi motorcycles of 1950s era. This bike is unique for it features a big Mono 900 Turbo Diesel engine, 30 liter giant fuel tank that allows it to run throughout the night, and hydraulic gear and transmission to make your journey more comfortable while adding more to your exalted feel.

Desert Aerospace modifies TST-14J

Pulling traditional Sailplane to an altitude before taking glide is a thing of past. Now a bunch of creative minds have given boost to self-launching gliders by adding retractable jet engine which is located right behind the cockpit. The initiative was taken by Desert Aerospace, a small New Mexico company, which aims to build an alternative to the expensive self-launching German gliders by combining a high-performance glider and a small jet engine, designed for use in unmanned aerial vehicles.

Audi A7 Sportback set for a Munich release on July 26

After much talk and teasers about the Audi A7 Sportback, finally the brand announced that it will officially reveal the car on July 26, 2010 at the Pinakothek der Moderne München. The technical details of the vehicle are not revealed by the brand, but still we know that A7 Sportback is the production version of the 2009 Sportback Concept, unveiled at the 2009 Detroit International Auto Show. The five door A7 hatchback model with the rakish roofline will be positioned above Audi A6 but below A8 in a similar way as A5 Sportback slots between Audi A4 and A6. With sporty and aggressive design, the Audi A7 will come with V6 and V8 engines for gasoline and diesel engines. It will be in competition with the Mercedes CLS, Porshe Panamera and Lamborghini Estoque. The car will make its public debut at the Paris Motor Show in the last week of September, 2010.

Ferrari 599 GTO’s new pics released


The much talked about and fastest road going Ferrari 599 GTO has a lot been discussed earlier but now there is every reason for the talks to start again as the brand has revealed the official new images of the 599 GTO – a front-engined six liter V12 with 670hp and 620 NM of torque. The sprint from 0-60mph is achieved in just 3.3 seconds with a top speed at 210mph. This model is limited to 500 editions only and will cost half a million dollars. AVX design releases mockups of a Flying Car for DARPA

In response to DARPA’s broad agency announcement asking for a flying car – a vertical takeoff and landing-capable vehicle that can deal with off road conditions as well as take to the skies, AVX Aircraft has come up with a proposal while releasing some mockups of a duel rotor and ducted fan driven aircraft. This four seater flying car concept, as per AVX Aircraft, will be capable to carry 1,040-lb at 80mph over the ground and 140mph on land.

Mercedes Benz G-Wagon LAPV 6.X - armored vehicle category

Setting a new milestone in the armored patrol vehicle category, Mercedes Benz recently unveiled its updated G-Wagon LAPV 6.X at the EUROSATORY 2010 event in Paris.
The off roader can carry larger and heavier payload while at the same time offering better protection and agility. Powered by a high torque rail diesel engine, the vehicle is capable of providing a top speed of 150km/h while being able to transport 1.3 tonnes of cargo with its impressive payload. The trucks’ impressive armor plate design lets repair teams quickly remove and replace damaged pieces, which is extremely useful in the eventuality of for example a land mine blast, when the armor plate can be added at the LAPV’s floor.
According to the manufacturer, the monocoque full steel body provides ballistic protection and sits upon a compact 2850mm wheelbase. Other impressive features include variable air shock absorbers and hydraulic brakes to make rough terrain easier to navigate.

2010 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Awarded ‘Best Luxury Car

The Royal Automobile Club in Pall Mall held a luxurious ceremony and crowned their annual Best Luxury Car award.
The winner of the award for the Best Luxury Car is the Mercedes-Benz S-Class.
This is the second consecutive time that the Mercedes-Benz S-Class has been named the Best Luxury Car award.
Although it can be disputed by some, but the Mercedes-Benz S-Class is the best sedan money can buy in the luxury market.
